It has been my honor to serve the city of Gardner on the City Council since being appointed in August 2022. I can honestly say that I was surprised and excited to be selected to represent the citizens of Gardner.

Goals for Gardner
As the city and the area around Gardner continues to grow it will require strong leadership to maintain our community. Gardner sits in a unique position within the Kansas City area to be a home for many more businesses and families due to the growth both in the city and the surrounding areas. The continued industrial growth around us gives the city the opportunity to be a home for those who are seeking good jobs in the area.
Priorities:
Gardner as a safe community for all citizens
Attracting and supporting local businesses, especially in our Downtown
Supporting developments in Gardner that will offer different forms of affordable housing
Expanding Gardner’s share of the tax base generated by the Intermodal
